Cancellation Policies – Booking Terms
ADRINA BEACH HOTEL
(Start of season – Low-Mid Season until end of season 01/05-10/06 & 11/09-30/9)
a) Payment policy – Reservation of 4 or more nights
A deposit of 40% of the total reservation amount will be charged to your credit card on the day of booking and is refundable according to the reservation’s cancellation policy.
The remaining balance will be collected upon arrival.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit, with no cancellation fees.
Cancellations made 13 to 8 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 40% of the total stay amount.
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the total stay amount.
No-show reservations will be charged 100% of the total stay amount.
Cancellations made during the stay are non-refundable; 100% of the remaining nights will be charged.
b) Payment policy – Reservation of 1-3 nights
A deposit of 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged to your credit card on the day of booking and is refundable according to the reservation’s cancellation policy.

(General Season 10/06-28/07 & 22/08-11/9)
a) Payment policy – Reservation of 4 or more nights
A deposit of 40% of the total reservation amount will be charged to your credit card on the day of booking and is refundable according to the reservation’s cancellation policy.

Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit, with no cancellation fees.
Cancellations made 20 to 11 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 40% of the total stay amount.
Cancellations made 10 days or less prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the total stay amount.
No-show reservations will be charged 100% of the total stay amount.

Payment policy
A deposit of 40% of the total reservation amount will be charged to your credit card on the day of booking and is refundable according to the reservation’s cancellation policy.
The remaining balance will be charged in your credit card 30 days before arrival.
The full amount of the reservation must be paid the latest 30 days before the arrival.
In case of failure to provide payment as above, the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservation without any further obligation.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 43 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit, with no cancellation fees.
Cancellations made 42 to 31 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 40% of the total stay amount.
Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the total stay amount.
No-show reservations will be charged 100% of the total stay amount.
General Booking terms & conditions
Visitor’s Government Tax – Climate Resilience Tax:
(Not included in room rates)
The Greek authorities, according to article 30 of Law No. 5073/2023 (Government Gazette A’ 204 11.12.2023), decided that from 1 January 2024 a tax will be charged to hotel guests to address the climate crisis.
The tax is 15.00 euros per night. The tax is paid by the resident who made use of the room or villa and is levied in full even in the case of a half-night stay.
The tax is paid to the hotel by issuing a separate receipt and is not subject to VAT.
IMPORTANT ΝΟΤΕ:
We would like to inform you that our hotel Adrina Beach FOUR-STAR, according to the classification of the Greek National Tourism Organization belongs to the category of FIVE stars. This means that it has to pay to the state the new climate crisis resilience fee for FIVE-STAR hotels, i.e. fifteen euros (15,00€) per night.
Guests are required to show the same credit card used to make the reservation and a photo ID of the cardholder upon check-in. Otherwise, the full stay amount will need to be settled with a different method, either a different credit card with the cardholder present or cash.
