If you make a credit card – LivePay deposit payment, there is no need to send us the receipt since we will receive a copy automatically.
In general, your reservation is confirmed automatically with your timely deposit without sending you further confirmation through email)a copy automatically
REFUNDS
For security reasons, refund:
a) must be initiated from the same reservation email you used to make the reservation,
b) will be returned to the same bank account you sent us the deposit from.
Please allow us 20 days for the refund process to be completed. In case of high bank expenses, we will inform you before proceeding with the refund.
